NW Women's Conference

2026 Anglican Women's Conference – North West Tasmania

Join women from across North West Tasmania for a day of encouragement, friendship and rich Bible teaching as we discover what it means to live Confident in Christ.

In a world that often leaves us feeling uncertain, God's Word reminds us that our confidence isn't found in ourselves, but in the unchanging love, faithfulness and promises of Jesus. Together we'll explore how the gospel gives us confidence to face everyday life with hope, courage and joy.

Hosted at Burnie Anglican Church on Saturday 19 September 2026, the conference features engaging Bible teaching, worship, prayer, an interactive workshop, great conversation, delicious food, a bookstall and plenty of opportunities to connect with women from churches across the region.

Arrive from 9:30am for morning tea, with the first session beginning at 10:30am. The conference concludes at 4:00pm.

Why come?

  • Be refreshed and encouraged through faithful Bible teaching.

  • Grow in your confidence to trust and follow Christ in everyday life.

  • Worship God together in song and prayer.

  • Enjoy meaningful fellowship and make new friendships.

  • Relax, share great food, and take home a conference goodie bag.

Our speaker, Jen Hercott, will open God's Word to show how lasting confidence is found in Christ alone and how that confidence enables us to live faithfully in an uncertain world.

Our interactive workshop, led by Kate Boughton, will encourage us to step out with courage, embrace new challenges, and find practical ways to love and serve those around us.

Your registration includes morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. Gluten-free and vegetarian options are available.

Tickets: $20
